At Nation Wide Flags, we aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. For in-stock items, orders placed before 12 PM PST (Monday to Friday) are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day. Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM PST.

Delivery within the 48 continental U.S. states typically takes 2 to 6 business days. While we currently do not ship worldwide, we do ship to Canada. Our standard shipping methods include UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail. Expedited shipping options such as UPS Next Day Air, Second Day Air, or Three Day Select are available, but only through email request. Please note that certain shipping methods may not be available for Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, or Canada, and extra charges may apply for these destinations.

Shipping costs shown at checkout include all applicable handling fees. For non-standard locations like HI, PR, AK, or VI, we recommend contacting us before completing your order to receive an estimated shipping cost. If an order has already shipped, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address—you will need to contact UPS or USPS directly with your tracking number. In the case of an incorrect or rejected delivery address, the customer is responsible for any additional re-shipping charges.

Custom crafted orders typically ship within 2 to 4 business days, depending on the quantity and complexity of the order. For rush orders or to upgrade shipping, please email us at [email protected]. Additional rush fees may apply, and please note that once a package leaves our facility, on-time delivery is not guaranteed as it depends on the carrier.

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 5 business days—sooner is better. We are unable to honor "not received" claims made more than 7 business days after the delivery date. We recommend requesting your tracking number as soon as you place your order to stay updated.
